asset planning
construction drawings and construction administration. Projects range is size from 1,500 square foot tenant
improvements
to corporate campus planning and design for 400,000 square feet. Following are some of the services PDG

Building/ Site Evaluation
Evaluate building and site suitability for a given use, including determination of city entitlement
processes,
preliminary site planning, and parking analyses.
Real Estate Asset Planning
Update on a monthly basis color floor plans which indicate all departments and personnel locations and areas
for entire
corporate campuses. This data is a valuable tool used by corporate facility managers for growth management,
space
planning and rent allocation.
Architectural and Engineering Design
PDG works closely with each client to understand space needs, interdepartmental adjacency requirements and
corporate
standards. These requirements are document in program form and used to proceed with space planning options,
and drawings
for construction and permitting.
Construction Administration
PDG works closely with the owner and contractor during construction to verify contractor payment requests,
observe
construction progress, and produce as-built drawings. Critical to this process is experience in the field,
and ability
to problem solve and provide timely responses to contractor inquiries.
